Returns & Exchanges


Due to the hygienic nature of our products, returns and exchanges can not be accepted.


Order Cancellations


You may cancel an order within one hour of completing check-out. If your order has already been processed or shipped by the time a request is made, it will not be approved.


All canceled orders will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.


Requesting a Cancellation


To request a cancellation, you may email us at info@kingwardshop.com with your order number, full name, address, and a reason for cancellation.

We will notify you via email if a cancellation request has been approved or denied.  If a request is approved, a refund for the order amount, minus the 20% cancellation fee will be issued back to the original payment method within 48 business hours. 

Refund times are subject to the terms outlined by the payment processor, and are out of our control.  If a refund has not been received within 14 business days, please contact your financial institution to investigate.  If it appears that an error has been made on our end regarding your refund, please email us at info@kingwardshop.com.


Refunds


An item may only be refunded if it is determined by our team to be defective. If you believe you have received a defective product, please email us at info@kingwardshop.com with your order number, full name, a photo of the defective item, and a brief description of what you believe is wrong with the item.  If it is determined by our team that the item is indeed defective, then a replacement item may be sent in its place, or a refund may be issued for the purchase price of that item.
